Prior to Sky Ventures, Justin has also served management, director, and senior advisory roles for several companies including ioCharge where he assisted on fundraising and investor relations for North America’s first extreme fast charging for Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure. He also continues to advise disruptive ventures like NeuponicsAI (sustainable agritech) and UVCell Energy (advanced solar and data center deployment). He has also steered deal sourcing and portfolio stragegy for Ayre Group family office.
Justin had also been a licensed equities broker completing the Canadian Securities Course and held the SMV broker/dealer license managing equities trading and investment advisory services. Justin combines deep regulatory know-how with a global network spanning Vancouver/Toronto, London, Panama City, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and beyond. Anthony is a senior finance executive with over 30 years of experience advising private equity sponsors, corporates, and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged transactions, and capital structuring. He has extensive expertise in valuation, financial modelling, and risk management across market cycles. Anthony holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
He has played key roles in the execution of M&A and leveraged buyout transactions, leading financial analysis to evaluate acquisition targets, assess capital structures, and analyse downside and sensitivity scenarios in support of investment committee decision-making.
